I called back a little later because I wanted the quote to include the cost of replacing the rotors as well, in case they needed to be replaced. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and provided an updated quote that covered both the brake pads and rotors if new rotors were necessary. When I arrived, I was greeted right away, and the technicians already knew who I was based on my vehicle, even though I hadn’t confirmed that I was coming.
