I called back a little later because I wanted the quote to include the cost of replacing the rotors as well, in case they needed to be replaced. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and provided an updated quote that covered both the brake pads and rotors if new rotors were necessary. I really appreciated the transparency and the fact that there were no surprises. When I arrived, I was greeted right away, and the technicians already knew who I was based on my vehicle, even though I hadn’t confirmed that I was coming. They showed me exactly where the noise was coming from, pointed out my worn brake pads, and compared them side by side with a brand-new set so I could clearly see the difference. The staff was friendly, flexible, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and the work on my vehicle was completed expertly.
