He provided a straightforward quote without any hassle. I called back a little later because I wanted the quote to include the cost of replacing the rotors as well, in case they needed to be replaced. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and provided an updated quote that covered both the brake pads and rotors if new rotors were necessary. I really appreciated the transparency and the fact that there were no surprises. When I arrived, I was greeted right away, and the technicians already knew who I was based on my vehicle, even though I hadn’t confirmed that I was coming. It was clear the team communicated well with one another. What impressed me most was their honesty and transparency. They showed me exactly where the noise was coming from, pointed out my worn brake pads, and compared them side by side with a brand-new set so I could clearly see the difference. They took the time to explain everything, which gave me confidence that I wasn’t being sold anything I didn’t need. The service was also fast and efficient. Even with the workload they already had that day, my total wait time—from arrival to completion—was only about 2½ hours. Unlike my experience at Pep Boys, where I waited nearly four hours for just an oil change, I didn’t have a long wait here. Their pricing was also very fair. I paid significantly less than the nearly $500 I was quoted by another nearby repair shop for the same brake service. The staff was friendly, flexible, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and the work on my vehicle was completed expertly. It’s refreshing to find an honest repair shop that values both quality workmanship and customer service.
